Lake Garda is a special place, a place where one goes to feed both body and soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When on Garda, one has the marked impression of being in a privileged natural setting and sense of sight ist gratified by the colours of a beautiful landscape, where the green hills alternate with the blue lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ever since Prehistoric times the Garda area has know the presence of man and wine thanks to the especially mild climate, regulated by the lake water and good ventilation, an ideal condition for harmonious growth of vines, as well as olive and lemon trees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the verietals grown in this area, Groppello <\/strong>is the most representative vine: a red berry variety considered an oenological rarity, since it is grown only at the foot of beautiful Lake Garda hills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This native vine geneates outstanding wines, first and foremost the Garda Classico Chiaretto<\/strong>, the area’s own wine, which undergoes a very unique processing method, consisting in keeping the skins in contact with the fermentin must for a limited period of time: that is why the label of a group of wine makers defines it as a “The one-night Wine”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
