Minerva gave the name to the rock falling vertically into the lake, because the goddess had her temple here in Roman times.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1500\" height=\"630\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.gardafewo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/rocca-2-1500x630.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-149\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Today, beautiful nature walks through the park lead above the steep cliffs. The view of the islands of San Biagio and Isola del Garda against the majestic mountain backdrop of the northern lake is breathtaking.
