This native vine geneates outstanding wines, first and foremost the Garda Classico Chiaretto, the area’s own wine, which undergoes a very unique processing method, consisting in keeping the skins in contact with the fermentin must for a limited period of time: that is why the label of a group of wine makers defines it as a “The one-night Wine”
